Reported to the Site Manager, you will lead the assembly teams on high-tension electrical substation sites and actively participate in the completion of the work.

• Lead and motivate a team of assemblers on HTB sites.

• Distribute tasks and ensure the proper execution of work in accordance with plans and procedures.

• Participate in the assembly operations of HTB equipment: metal structures, circuit breakers, transformers, measuring transformers, busbars, grounding, and connections.

• Check the conformity of the work done and perform the necessary self-checks.

• Verify the correct application of safety instructions and QSE rules by the entire team.

• Welcome and guide new arrivals and temporary workers on site.

• Leadership on site.

• Ability to control and guarantee the quality of work done.

• Interventions in long distances according to the needs of the sites.

• Position evolving towards roles of Site Manager HTB.

• Technical training from Bac Pro to Bac+2 in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance or equivalent.

• Significant experience in the assembly of HTB equipment in electrical substations or good knowledge of HTB equipment: circuit breakers, disconnectors, TC, TT, busbars, metal structures, etc.

• First successful experience in team management or recognized aptitude to coordinate assemblers on site.

• Good mastery of reading mechanical, electrical, and implantation plans.

• Knowledge of the safety rules applicable to work in high-tension electrical substations.

• Electrical qualifications adapted to the position (H1V, B1V, Pass HTB) appreciated.

• Driving license B essential.
