Carhartt in Camden, TN seeks an Engineer II to troubleshoot technical and efficiency issues across labor, quality, capacity, and plant layout while reporting to leadership. The role advances production methods and cost savings initiatives within our sewing facilities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, and at least 3 years in engineering or apparel/manufacturing with Lean knowledge preferred. Domestic travel may be required.
