Job Location:
Etowah, TN Base Salary: $65K-$95K Requirements: 2+ years of construction utility, water treatment or heavy civil construction experience. A bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering is highly encouraged.
Position Overview:
The Project Engineer will oversee and manage engineering projects related to water and wastewater utilities, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions for pump stations and underground utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering, particularly in water and wastewater utilities.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project estimating techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools relevant to utility design and project management.
