Shift Engineer (E & I)
Role & Requirements- Perform daily instrumentation maintenance activities across the cement plant, ensuring timely breakdown response and optimal equipment uptime.
- Execute preventive maintenance, condition monitoring and shutdown planning while maintaining critical spare availability through ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, permit systems and safety protocols while coordinating with internal teams for cost control and continuous improvement.
- Diploma/BE in Instrumentation/Electronics with 2-8 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance in process/manufacturing industries or cement plants.
- Proficient in DCS, IO panels, drives, process interlocks, calibration systems and ERP with strong communication and analytical abilities.
