Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead asset strategies, perform root cause analyses, and improve site reliability across multiple locations. You will prioritize outages based on risk and work with a team to optimize asset availability at client sites.
The ideal candidate holds a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in reliability engineering, and has experience with maintenance best practices and RC/M (RCM, FMEA).
