Professional House Cleaner

Overview

No experience required; training provided.

This full‑time house‑cleaner position is available Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will receive training, cleaning supplies, a company car, and a stable schedule. Your income can be controlled with a guaranteed minimum wage of $14 / hr and up to $17 / hr, plus tips.

• Clean customer homes to Molly Maid standards following the company process; earn tips.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues in a friendly, positive, professional manner.

• Manage the team schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain cleaning equipment; ensure the car is stocked with supplies.

• Capable of physical work (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, overhead).

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday–Friday during the day, 7:45 am–5:30 pm.
