Job InformationDomino’s is growing and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team! Immediate hire! Short or long shifts – YOUR CHOICE! Flexible scheduling! Part‑time and Full‑time hours available – Work the shifts that work for you!
Job Requirements- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
Exposure to:
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside – In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Compact work areas including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Lifting – Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
- Climbing – Team members may infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance.
- Stooping/Bending – Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Workers are required to bend forward 30–45 seconds at a time during continuous cycles in the day.
- Reaching – Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers also reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal.
- Hand Tasks – Eye‑hand coordination is essential. Frequent use of hands for shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, using rolling cutter, and packaging boxes.
- Sensing – Talking and hearing on telephone, visual acuity for near and mid-range, ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces, and night vision for driving.
