YOUR ROLE (a.k.a. Your Daily Power-Up):
Support the General Manager in keeping the arcade powered up and running smoothly
Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver top-tier guest experiences
Jump in on the floor — whether it's fixing a jammed game, helping guests redeem their hard-earned tickets, or keeping the vibe alive
Handle scheduling, inventory, cash, and all the behind-the-scenes magic
Be a go-to problem solver and the calm in the chaos when weekends get wild
YOUR STATS (What You Bring):
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment (bonus XP for arcade, attractions, or retail)
Tech-savvy enough to handle game resets and minor maintenance (or at least not panic when a claw machine goes rogue)
Great communicator, team builder, and people-person
Cool under pressure, fun under all conditions, and always ready to help others level up
