Corporate Tax Analyst

Duration: 3+ M Contract (Immediate Need)

Fully Remote

Pay Range: $27- $37/hr W2

We are seeking a contract Senior Corporate Tax Analyst with corporate and/or public accounting tax experience to support an immediate business need. This role is focused exclusively on corporate tax—not general finance—and will play a key role in compliance, reporting, and tax process improvements.

• Prepare and review corporate federal and state income tax returns
• Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740
• Support tax-related SEC disclosures and reporting requirements
• Research tax law changes and analyze potential impacts to the company
• Partner with the Tax Manager and external auditors to support SEC filings
• Assist with IRS and state audits, including preparation of documentation and responses
• Support tax planning initiatives to enhance compliance and optimize the company’s tax position
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation using One Source and other tax tools

• 3+ years of corporate tax experience, preferably within a publicly traded company or public accounting firm
• Hands‑on experience with ASC 740, SEC reporting, and corporate tax compliance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• Proficiency with One Source or similar corporate tax compliance software
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
