LMCU is looking for a Home Equity Processor who will gather necessary information and documentation for home equity loan applications, review applications, and serve as the main point of contact from origination to closing.

• Process Home Equity applications, including reviewing credit reports, income, assets, and confirming all documentation meets requirements.
• Review underwriting decisions and prepare decision letters, coordinating with applicants to obtain outstanding items.
• Maintain high communication with members and internal/external partners to provide service excellence.
• Prepare loans for submission to the closing team, including obtaining homeowner insurance documents, payoffs, and coordinating closings.

• Two or more years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Basic knowledge of the requirements for closing Home Equity loans.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
