We are seeking a Finance and Business Analytics Intern who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while caring deeply about our brand. This individual will act as an extension of our mission, values, and culture and will bring fun, authenticity, collaboration, creativity, and genuine hospitality to their life and work. The role reports to the Senior FP&A Analyst and works with the Financial Planning & Analysis Team to provide support for The Dollywood Company.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.

• Conduct statistical analyses
• Assist in gathering, formatting, and organizing large amounts of data from various sources
• Assist in creation of templates or models used to analyze business performance
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting and analysis
• Prepare scenario analyses and variance analysis using parameters provided by leadership
• Conduct research using economic drivers to analyze business performance and/or development
• Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports and making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations
• Provide various ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
