What We Are Looking For1. Academic Background
- Bachelor's degree completed (or in the final semesters with availability of time) in:
- Law (highly valued for the legal nature of the trust)
- Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
2. Previous Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience (professional internships or social service are considered) in:
- Banking or financial sector.
- Legal firms (corporate or civil area).
- Corporate/corporate clients / asset care.
- Desirable:
Basic knowledge of what a trust is and how it works.
3. Technical Knowledge
- Basic fiduciary concepts:
Understanding what a trustee, fiduciary, fiduciary, and autonomous assets are. - Document analysis:
Ability to read and interpret contracts, constitutive acts, and notary powers. - Money Laundering Prevention (PLD):
Basic knowledge of financial regulations and KYC (Know Your Customer). - Office Suite:
Intermediate/advanced use of Excel (for reports and balance controls) and Word.
- Customer Service:
Be the first point of contact for the daily doubts and requirements of the assigned clients. - Management of Instructions:
Receive, review that they comply with the fiduciary contract and channel to the operations area the instructions for payments, transfers, contributions, or withdrawals. - Integration of Files:
Request and update the legal and financial documentation of the clients to comply with the audits and PLD policies. - Administrative Follow-up:
Control the agendas of the trusts (dates of fiduciary commissions to be collected, maturities, delivery of financial reports). - Support to Senior Executives:
Assist in the preparation of fiduciary committees, minutes, and presentations for high complexity clients. - Promotion:
Responsible for the promotion for the contracting of new businesses in the assigned areas.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness:
In the fiduciary world, an error in a signature or an instruction can be costly. - Excellent verbal and written communication:
You will deal with directors, lawyers, and high-profile clients, so formality and clarity are vital. - Organization and time management:
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from different clients at the same time. - Proactivity and eagerness to learn:
The fiduciary business is complex and dynamic; curiosity is required to understand the structure of each contract.
