Job Description:
Act as a business partner to the relevant manager to develop a business model and optimize financial performance within an assigned factory/site. Supports effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various alternatives and recommend the most appropriate solutions. Responsible for factory reporting, analysis and control, financial risk management, annual budgets preparation, and balance sheet management. Drives definition and implementation of standards and business-specific guidelines in financial control processes, ensures continuous improvement.
As an Expert Professional (P5), you are a recognized master in your discipline, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing operational plans for the job area.
- Developing and implementing new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that will impact functional results.
- Communicating with leadership.
