Compensation: The salary range for this position is estimated to be 49,208.00 – 89,931.00 annualized, which reflects the company’s current estimate of the potential compensation range at the time of posting. This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position and represents one component of the total rewards package. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, qualifications, and allotted budget.

The Valuation Coordinator supports the delivery of appraisal and valuation products by managing collateral data, coordinating vendor activities, and responding to customer needs. This role drives accurate, timely valuation processes and contributes to a seamless customer experience while supporting compliance within regulatory guidelines.
The Valuation Coordinator builds foundational knowledge and skills to contribute to core work within the team. Team members focus on learning processes, applying guidance from more experienced colleagues, and delivering accurate work in a supportive, structured environment. They are developing confidence, strengthening capability, and gaining familiarity with our systems, relationships, and expectations.
How You Will Spend Your Time- Delivers responsive customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting valuation requests for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinates appraisal workflows, including securing bids, establishing timelines, and facilitating communication with appraisers.
- Compiles and verifies property and collateral data to support accurate and efficient valuation outcomes.
- Supports vendor management by onboarding appraisers, maintaining relationships, and tracking required documentation.
- Processes invoices and collaborates with accounting to enable timely vendor payments.
- Partners with internal teams to resolve appraisal issues, support reviews, and contribute to compliant, risk-aligned valuation processes.
- Completes assigned tasks accurately by following established processes, guidance, and quality standards.
- Applies direction from more experienced team members to build skill, confidence, and reliability.
