Perform emergency and non-emergency dispatch and call-taking for public safety-related incidents in an emergency communications center;
Monitor and track equipment and personnel using a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) program;
Operate a multi-frequency radio console and prioritize radio traffic;
Utilize NCIC and other law enforcement databases and records management systems;
Provide records management and general public assistance in support of the Visitor and Resource Protection Division
