Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Nolensville is hiring licensed Hair Stylists who bring talent, personality, and great energy behind the chair!

$25-$50+ per hour: hourly guarantee - or- commission, whichever is greater (including service commissions, tips, product commissions, and bonuses)

• Perform exceptional barber services including fades, tapers, clipper work, razor services, and beard grooming.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with weekends required.
• Support the Floyd's culture - upbeat, inclusive, energetic, and team-focused.

• Current Barber or Cosmetology License (must be comfortable with clipper cutting).
• Strong skills in cutting, styling, and clipper techniques.
• Great communication and customer service skills with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to work well in a busy, high-volume shop.
• Open to working evenings and Sundays.
