Soon Beauty Lab is looking for an experienced Stylist / Colorist. Candidate must possess a positive attitude, desire to learn and grow with our team, and the drive to grow a clientele. Candidates must also be creative and stylish, keeping up with the latest styles and skills.

We are currently looking for a Stylist with a minimum of 3 years experience behind the chair.

Schedule:

Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or at least three of the four days.

• $20 hourly minimum wage guarantee or 45% commission, whichever is greater

Bellami Beauty Bar is seeking a full-time hairstylist. This role is an important role that will work directly with our customers. Full-time position. Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays required.

• Basic knowledge of hair extension techniques
• Passionate about providing an exceptional client experience and delighting our client in every way
• Provide thorough client consultations and maintain client records
• Perform hair extension applications with ease in a timely manner – training will be provided
• Have strong blow dry skills
• Enjoy talking to anyone
• Problem solver – resolve customer issues quickly
• Want to learn, grow, and develop professional skills both in client care and hair color
• Show integrity and great follow-through on tasks
• Innovative, extremely creative, and constantly looking for ways to improve

• Previous experience in a salon is preferred
• At least 2+ years of stylist experience
• Current Cosmetologist license, as issued by the State Board of Cosmetology
• Versed in clip-in, tapes, wefts, halo hair extensions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Highly motivated and energetic personality
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to speak with customers daily and provide a luxurious experience
• Work various shifts, including weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Provide hair services including installing, styling and blending of hair extensions, blowouts, hair treatments, scalp massages

• Base pay of $20.00 per hour with additional commission opportunities
