The role must have a valid TN Board of Cosmetology Esthetics License and be able to perform various skin care services. Good product knowledge comprehension is required, and the Esthetician must provide excellent customer service.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic skin care and body treatment services following protocols and guidelines.
• Have sufficient knowledge of services & products to promote sales of services and retail.
• Be willing to train with Department Lead, covering skincare protocols for all facials, waxing, and body treatment services.
• Have some knowledge of operating skincare machinery and devices, or be willing to learn.
• Complete product knowledge training for back bar usage and promotion of retail sales.
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols.
• Perform daily sanitation and housekeeping duties of treatment rooms, including but not limited to laundry or floors, sanitation of all service bowls, brushes, and implements used.

Education and Experience Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Esthetician License in the state of Tennessee.
• Basic arithmetic skills, cash handling or credit card transaction skills with accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills.
• General housekeeping skills.

Physical Requirements | Environmental Conditions

• Lifting and Carrying: Position may require occasional to frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs utilizing company’s safety guidelines for safe lifting.
