We are seeking a Clinical Curriculum and Resource Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Clinical Staff Development (CSD) department in achievement of departmental and organizational goals. This person will coordinate the logistics of orientation didactic curriculum and training programs including but not limited to continuing education and practice/policy change updates. We are looking for an individual who will maintain accurate training records, and training files, assists with preparation of educational materials, and collaborates with all CSD members to ensure smooth operations and execution of all staff development initiatives.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
and events such as orientation didactics, workshops, and department-specific sessions managing scheduling, invitations, logistics, and tracking participant completion and outcomes.
, monitor up-to-date staff documentation and competency assessments. Collaborate with QA to conduct training file audits and generate compliance reports, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
, including Train caster LMS and the DCIDS electronic clinical resource hub. Responsibilities include uploading content, creating and upholding site infrastructure, providing assignments, monitoring usage and permissions, updating materials, and coordinating with IT and CSD team members.
, including surveys and performance metrics, to support continuous improvement in training processes and outcomes. Prepare reports in partnership with the Project Manager.
, collaborating with training leaders across all three OPOs to ensure consistency in standards of practice and instructional implementation.

PHYSICAL TRAITS
:
Primary sedentary work. Stands, walks, bends, and light lifting. Reads, observes, listens, prepares, and presents communication verbally and in writing. Travel to and from locations by car or plane on an as needed basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required:
Associates degree required;
Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years of administrative/project management experience preferably in either a healthcare or organizational development setting.
Licenses/
Certifications:
Valid Drivers License with ability to meet MVR underwriting requirements.
Computer
Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required Including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Forms. Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Train caster and/or Articulate 360/Storyline preferred.
