Role PurposeUnder our integrated care model, Physical Therapist Assistants work closely with clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve full recovery and a timely return to their desired activities.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program; minimum Associate’s Degree.
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of service.
