Caregiver, Home Care

We are seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team. The available shifts are 12 hours, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This position offers both part‑time and full‑time opportunities, and weekends may be required.

• Personal Care
  :
  Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) while maintaining dignity and independence, ensuring comfortable and confident routines.

• Companionship
  :
  Engage in conversations and activities to enhance well‑being, reduce isolation, maintain social connections, encourage hobbies, and create a supportive environment.

• Housekeeping
  :
  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment, performing light housekeeping tasks such as tidying, dusting, vacuuming, and laundry.

• Meal Preparation
  :
  Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary preferences and health requirements, including meal planning, grocery shopping, and safe food handling.

• Health Monitoring
  :
  Observe and report changes in physical and emotional well‑being, provide medication reminders, support treatment plans, and monitor blood sugar when applicable.

• Transportation
  :
  Safely transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings, assist with vehicle entry/exit, and ensure safety and comfort during transportation.

• Experience: Proven caregiving experience, including personal care and blood sugar management.
• Skills: Compassionate, professional, detail‑oriented approach to all tasks.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Background Check: Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening.

• Proof of identity and work authorization (Form I-9).
• Valid current driver’s license.
• Social security card.
• Birth certificate.
• Proof of high school completion or equivalent.

• Minimum age of 18.
• Comprehensive 15‑year background check.
• Drug screening (if applicable).
• Five professional references (no friends or family).

• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, good driving record.

• Employment offers contingent upon passing background checks, drug screenings, and providing favorable references.
• Compliance with state and federal labor laws is mandatory.
