Easter Seals of Tennessee is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to help people with disabilities learn, work and play in their communities. Based in our person-supported home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration, and may facilitate community involvement with clinical staff.
We offer a starting rate of $15 per hour, a tenure pay scale, an annual performance bonus, a $1 shift premium
