A Plus Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, changing bed linen, dressing and undressing, skin care, toileting assistance, and maintaining a clean living area as directed;
Take and record oral, temporal, and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as ordered;
Perform simple nursing procedures as trained or ordered;
Assist patients in the self-administration of medication;
Report patient conditions and significant changes to the assigned nurse or case manager
