Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule:

8-hour day shifts, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description:

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient care and therapy interventions to patients in a supportive and professional environment. The position includes clinical responsibilities that focus on evaluations and treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation.

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage caseload efficiently with expected productivity of 60 visits per week.
• Supervise and guide therapy assistants as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.

• Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
