Location: Louisville
Covenant Health's Peninsula Behavioral Health seeks a Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator for Admitting and Registration. This full‑time night shift role entails evaluating referrals, determining levels of care, coordinating with referral sources, and providing brief counseling and information to patients and families.
You will document care plans, support safety planning, and act as a liaison with providers and protective services when indicated. A BSW is required with no licensure.
