Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to provide direct personal care in home settings, assisted living facilities, or inpatient units. You will support patients and families with dignity, monitor changes, and document visits in a timely manner.
Qualified candidates hold an active CNA license, current CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Previous home health or hospice experience is a plus; teamwork and empathy are essential.
