Helping Hearts USA LLC is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to join our team.

We are currently hiring for a client in Nunnelly, Tennessee (37137) for 2 days per week, Tuesday and Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
. This is a wonderful opportunity for a caregiver who is passionate about providing quality one-on-one care and making a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life.

Location: Nunnelly, TN 37137
Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Frequency: 2 days per week

As a caregiver with Helping Hearts, you may assist with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, health monitoring, and transportation support as needed.

You will help clients with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. You will also provide companionship through conversation, engagement, and emotional support, helping reduce isolation and improve overall quality of life.

Additional responsibilities may include maintaining a clean and safe home environment, preparing meals based on the client’s needs, observing and reporting changes in condition, and assisting with transportation to appointments or errands when required.

We are seeking someone with prior caregiving experience who brings a compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to care.

Applicants should have:

• Previous caregiving experience

• Experience with personal care

• Strong communication and observation skills

• A valid driver’s license

• Current car insurance

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Applicants must be able to provide:

• Proof of identity and work authorization for I-9 compliance

• Valid driver’s license

• Social Security card

• Birth certificate

• Proof of high school completion or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must pass a comprehensive background check

• Must provide professional references

• Must comply with all state and federal employment requirements
