As a Caregiver, you’ll help our residents feel comfortable, supported, and ponsibilities include:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living
• Provide compassionate one-on-one assistance and emotional support
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
• Follow each resident’s individualized plan of care
• Observe and report changes in a resident’s condition
• Document care provided during your shift
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and community programs
• Work closely with nursing and other team members to provide excellent resident care
• Perform other duties as assigned

• A caring, positive attitude and genuine desire to work with seniors
• Dependability and strong teamwork skills
  
  High school diploma or GED
• CNA certification preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification if required
• Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, or caregiving experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely assist residents with transfers and mobility
