Role Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a dedicated rehab team focused on delivering top-tier rehabilitative care to residents and outpatients. The therapist collaborates closely with clinical caregivers to ensure residents recover fully and return to their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services in accordance with licensed standards and facility protocols.
- Work as part of an integrated care team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Help residents maintain or improve their functional abilities and quality of life.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of learning, spirituality, and innovation.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (minimum Bachelor’s of Science).
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the service state.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to resident-centered care and continuous learning.
