Location: Richmond

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN, and we are looking to hire a dependable Phlebotomist to join their laboratory team. In this role, you will collect and process patient specimens to support accurate laboratory testing for both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Schedule:

PRN (12-Hour Shift).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood and other specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages.
  • Label, document, and prepare specimens for testing (name, date, time & location).
  • Complete routine and STAT lab order collections in a timely manner.
  • Obtain patient consent when required for procedures.
  • File & deliver laboratory reports to appropriate departments & support daily lab operations.
  • Monitor, replace, and maintain phlebotomy supplies and inventory across hospital departments.
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
  • Provide excellent patient service and communication.
What We Are Looking For
  • Current Tennessee phlebotomy certification required.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality patient care.
