How You Will Make a DifferenceWithin the integrated care model, the Physical Therapist Assistant works closely with other clinical caregivers to help residents and patients achieve full recovery and a timely return to their preferred activities.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, with at least an Associate’s degree.
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
