Ascension - - Responsibilities:
Obtains and records vital signs, accurately charting patient data and promptly reporting abnormal findings; Monitors and documents fluid intake and output, supporting safe patient care and clinical decision-making;
Performs blood draws as trained, following proper phlebotomy techniques and safety protocols;
Provides direct patient care, including rounding with patients and assisting with activities of daily living to support comfort and mobility;
Support daily living activities and advocate for patient well-being
