As a CNA/Personal Care Attendant at Asbury Place Kingsport Senior Living & Memory Care, your days will be filled with laughter, compassion, and a splash of adventure! You’ll start each day by greeting our lovely residents with a warm smile, ready to assist them with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Expect to provide companionship and engage in stimulating conversations while participating in fun activities that bring joy to our community.

You’ll help with mealtimes, ensuring everyone enjoys a delightful dining experience, and assist residents in navigating their daily routines with grace.

You’ll also keep an eye on their well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff, and celebrating little victories alongside our residents. Get ready to create meaningful connections and make every day special for those you serve!

To thrive as a CNA/Personal Care Attendant at Asbury Place Kingsport Senior Living & Memory Care, you’ll need a blend of compassion, patience, and positivity!

• One (1) year of experience as a CNA or personal attendant is preferred, but your willingness to learn and grow can shine just as brightly.
• Having a current CPR card is a plus-safety first, after all! If you don’t have it yet, no worries; completing a CPR course before your first assignment is an exciting opportunity to gain essential skills.
• You must be at least 18 years old, so bring your high school diploma, or its equivalent, to the table.
• A valid driver’s licence is required for those moments when you might need to transport residents or run errands. With these skills and a heart full of care, you’ll be ready to make a difference in our residents’ lives every day!
