Alpaca Health is seeking dedicated RBTs to work in-home, in classrooms, and in communities with children who have autism. You will implement behavior plans under a BCBA mentor, collect data, and build strong, consistent relationships to support child development.
Whether you are already certified or pursuing certification, you’ll receive hands-on mentorship, training support, and paths toward BCBA certification. Full-time or part-time roles available with flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
