Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time (per law) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do Conduct psychological assessments and screenings for inmates Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention Collaborate with psychiatric, medical, and correctional staff to coordinate inmate care Perform routine rounds in confined housing areas to assess mental health needs Utilize psychological counseling techniques suited to inmate populations Address mental health crises promptly with appropriate interventions What You Need

Required:

Valid licensure or board eligibility as a Psychologist BLS certification (or pending) Experience in psychological assessment and mental health treatment (preferred) Preferred:
Experience working in correctional or similar environments Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques and assessments About the Assignment This opportunity involves providing comprehensive mental health care within a correctional facility setting, supporting inmates' mental well-being through assessment, treatment, and ongoing monitoring. The role will be split between two facilities, ensuring a dynamic and impactful work experience.
