Guiding Angels at Home Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant to provide one-on-one in-home care for a member located in Celina, TN 38551.

The caregiver will assist with:

• Bathing and dressing
• Grooming and personal hygiene
• Hair washing
• Toileting
• Eating assistance
• Meal preparation
• Homemaking/light housekeeping
• Errands and grocery shopping
• Transportation
• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Nail care within caregiver scope and agency policy
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

• Non-smoking home
• No pets
• Client requires mobility and transfer assistance.

The home includes specialized/adaptive equipment such as:

• Hospital bed with trapeze bar
• Power wheelchair
• Manual wheelchair
• Slide board
• Shower chair
• Bedside table
• Gel mattress
• Grabber/reacher
• Medication planner
• Hernia belt with stoma opening

We are looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and transfers
• Experienced working with individuals with mobility limitations
• Comfortable using or learning adaptive equipment, including a slide board and wheelchairs
• Able to provide reliable transportation for approved errands/appointments
• Committed to maintaining the client's dignity, privacy, safety, and independence
