Position
Master’s Level Behavioral Health Counselor – Full‑time, Day shift (Mon‑Fri).
Location:
Women’s Therapeutic Residential Center, Henning, TN38014.
The role functions within a multidisciplinary team to address the behavioral health needs of patients in a correctional setting, overseeing case files, intake, discharge, and treatment plans.
ResponsibilitiesManage case files, supervise intake and discharge processes, and oversee treatment plans and patient progress.
Qualifications- Master’s level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from a CACREP accredited institution.
- At least two years of related professional experience.
- Active CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
- Preference for experience in a correctional setting.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Pay rates from $51,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
