As the EVS Director at Four Oaks Healthcare, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the community’s housekeeping operations and staff including hiring, training, and terminating employees.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to ensure the community is safe and sanitary according to policy.
• Oversee the department’s budget & maintain required records and reports as outlined in the policies and procedures.
• Perform any related tasks assigned by the Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility

• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
