As an Addus Direct Support Professional, you’ll provide life‑changing care to seniors and people with disabilities living independently. This entry‑level, full‑time position offers consistent, flexible hours and a chance to grow within a leading industry innovator.

• Follow the care plan and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Support routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Transport members to appointments, errands, and other locations as necessary
• Assist members with self‑administration of medications (no administering or measuring)
• Observe and report any changes in members’ condition

• High school diploma or GED and one year of in‑home care experience
• Pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation for member transportation (valid driver’s license and proof of insurance)
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, energetic, self‑motivated and well‑organized
• Comfortable using electronic devices
