Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the facility's clinical and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:Oversee the overall management and operations of the skilled nursing facility, including clinical services, resident care, and staff development
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and goals to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and services
Monitor and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure exceptional patient care and customer service
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting
State licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in TN
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
