What You ll Do

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on clinical interviews and review of records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, medical staff, and social workers
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates
• Perform regular rounds to assess inmate mental health and adjustment
• Provide mental health counseling and crisis interventions
• Address behavioral escalation through appropriate interventions
• Document findings and treatment progress accurately

What You Need

• Valid licensure or board eligibility as a Psychologist
• Prior experience in mental health settings (preferred)
• Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
