Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You ll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on clinical interviews and review of records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, medical staff, and social workers Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates Perform regular rounds to assess inmate mental health and adjustment Provide mental health counseling and crisis interventions Address behavioral escalation through appropriate interventions Document findings and treatment progress accurately What You Need Valid licensure or board eligibility as a Psychologist Prior experience in mental health settings (preferred) Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment About the Assignment This role involves providing essential mental health services at a facility in Clifton, Tennessee, supporting inmate care through assessment, treatment planning, and crisis management.
