Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You ll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on reviews and interviews Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate inmate mental health care Develop and modify individualized treatment plans Perform regular rounds to assess inmate adjustment and mental health needs Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and confrontation avoidance strategies Consult with psychiatry, medical, nursing, social work, security, and other staff Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling techniques What You Need Valid license or board eligibility as a Psychologist At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing quality mental health care in a correctional setting About the Assignment This position involves providing mental health services to inmates at a leading facility in Clifton, Tennessee.

You will work as part of a dynamic mental health team to deliver assessment, treatment, and crisis intervention within a correctional environment.
