Join Optum Behavioral Care as a Behavioral Health Clinician embedded within a Summit Medical Group primary care practice. Working within the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), this role provides integrated behavioral health services to adult and pediatric patients (ages 10+) through a team-based approach alongside primary care providers and psychiatric consultants. The position combines direct patient care, measurement-based treatment, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve whole-person health outcomes.

- 1+ years of behavioral health treatment experience
- Experience assessing and treating common mental health conditions
- Ability to provide brief, evidence-based interventions in a multidisciplinary care environment
