The Concierge provides a warm, welcoming presence for residents, families, and visitors while coordinating day-to-day non-clinical needs, enhancing communication, and supporting an exceptional resident experience at the front line of the facility.

• Greet and orient residents, families, and visitors, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
• Assist new residents with getting settled and help them navigate the facility and available services.
• Help residents with daily non-clinical needs such as scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and managing mail and deliveries.
• Coordinate with family members and internal departments to support resident requests and ensure timely follow-through.
• Provide information about facility services, activities, and community resources, connecting residents to appropriate programs.
• Facilitate clear communication between residents, families, and nursing home staff, relaying messages and concerns promptly.
• Proactively look for opportunities to enhance the resident experience by addressing individual preferences and special requests.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk/lobby area and uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by facility management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, or senior living/healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and resident-focused demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with phones, email, and scheduling tools.
