This role offers
clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
- Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday – Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes
Fayetteville, Tullahoma, Lynchburg, Manchester, and Smyrna, Tennessee
- Estimated compensation range of $123,028 – $145,694 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a clinical psychologist
- PhD or PsyD required
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Minimum 6 months of experience needed as a clinical psychologist
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
- Industry-leading onboarding training program
