Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

We’re a Tennessee-based ABA team on a mission to help children with autism stride confidently through life with emotional regulation, self-awareness, and functional life skills. At Behavioral Plus ABA, we believe every child deserves the chance to flourish and gain independence.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a variety of settings, including in-home, in-school, and in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Pay Range: $20 - $26/hour
• Full-Time: or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Oakland & Sommerville, TN

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
