About the Role:
As a Therapist based in the United States, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals facing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Your primary objective will be to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote mental health and well-being. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate progress through various therapeutic modalities.
This role requires a deep understanding of mental health disorders, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a safe and trusting environment for clients. Ultimately, your work will contribute to improving clients' quality of life and helping them achieve their personal and emotional goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience providing therapy to diverse populations.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
- Bilingual abilities or experience working with multicultural populations.
- Certification in specialized therapeutic approaches or additional training in substance abuse counseling.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams or integrated care settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
