The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our facility on a PRN weekend schedule. The role includes direct patient care, assessments, and developing treatment programs for rehabilitation in a long-term and geriatric care setting.
The PT will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, document progress, and communicate with physicians, patients, and families while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of care.
