You will conduct one-on-one patient care in patients' homes, teaching families and implementing therapeutic interventions per Plan of Care to promote safety and independence.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program, OT license in Tennessee, CPR, and at least 1 year of OT experience in home health/Oasis.
